Rules and how to play
2–8 players start with five hidden dice each. Bid a minimum count of one face across the table. Increase quantity, or increase face at equal quantity. Ones are wild for faces 2–6; a bid of ones counts only ones. No half-quantity conversion rule. Challenge the previous bidder to reveal all dice: if their count is met, the challenger loses a die; otherwise the bidder does. Zero dice eliminates a player. Confirm the result, reroll, and the loser (or next survivor) starts. Last survivor wins.
