4–8 players; solo adds three AI opponents. Start with 4,000 cash, 2,000 savings, 3 points and one each of Loaded die, Roadblock and Building permit. Use at most one card before rolling one six-sided die each turn. No doubles bonus or lap salary. Buy an empty plot or decline for free; land on your own plot to buy one upgrade, up to level four. No complete colour set is required. Each additional holding in the same district adds 25% rent. Rent goes into the owner’s savings. Payments use cash first, then savings. Passing a bank pauses movement for one deposit or withdrawal; then finish the remaining steps. Every five days, savings earn 5% interest and prices rise by 20%, capped at ×1.6; plot prices, building costs and rents follow the index. Buy one card per shop visit with points; hold up to six cards. Gift houses award 2 points. Loaded die sets your next roll; Roadblock stops the first passer within six spaces ahead; Building permit upgrades any of your plots free; Demolition removes one enemy level within six spaces in either direction; Rent pass waives the next rent. Banks, hospitals and occupied spaces cannot hold roadblocks. A hospital event costs 100 and skips your next turn. If cash and savings cannot cover debt, sell whole plots and buildings at half base cost. Bankruptcy is allowed only if liquidation is insufficient; plots return empty to the city. All cards, funds and revealed events are public; history keeps 600 actions. One day is one turn for every remaining player. Settle after 20 days by cash + savings + base property and building costs, or when one player remains. Ties share victory. A compact classic videogame-style variant without stocks, vehicles, deities or minigames.
