Bid for a small portfolio, then secretly choose a house to sell. Save your best for the right cheque. AI practice · 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 players.
Rules and how to play
Two-stage property auction, 3–6 players. Houses are numbered 1–30. Cheques come in pairs: 0 and 2–15 thousand. Only four-player games remove two unseen cards from each deck. Start with 28 / 21 / 16 / 14 thousand for 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 players. Buy: reveal one house per player. Raise the highest total bid or pass. Raising adds only the difference to your own bid. Passing takes the lowest remaining house and refunds half your bid, rounded down. The last bidder takes the highest house and pays their full bid, then starts the next auction. Sell: secretly choose a house; reveal together and match houses and cheques from lowest to highest. Add cheques to unspent cash; highest total wins, then most unspent cash. Further ties share victory. This site rotates the opening seat on rematch and pauses each sale result for confirmation. All money is virtual. Solo uses two local AIs.
