Rules and how to play
Place your town on a non-corner home cell. Soldiers step forward straight or diagonally; capture forward, diagonally forward or sideways. An adjacent enemy allows a two-cell backward retreat through emptiness. Three aligned soldiers form a cannon: shift an end soldier past the other two, or fire over one empty gap at an enemy two or three cells beyond its muzzle. Destroy the town or immobilize the opponent. Three repetitions or 120 actions without progress draws.
